    Can my iphone be unlocked to take any networks sim card? The simple answer to this is yes but there are various methods for unlocking an iphone and it will depend on which version you own. There are both hardware and software unlocking methods. ,What should I do next to unlock my iphone? If you want to unlock your iphone you need to know what version of the iphone you have. The best way to establish this is by going to the www.iphoneunlocking.co.uk website and watching the step by step tutorial on how to discover which version of iphone you have.
    What needs to be done to unlock my phone and will I need to send it away? There are 3 methods of unlocking 2 you can do yourself so long as you have a comprehensive step by step guide. The last is a very difficult unlock requiring you to dismantle the handset and this method you will not be able to do yourself because it should only be attempted by unlocking professionals.

There is only one stand out website and that is www.iphoneunlocking.co.uk this site is run by phonezone who are nokia and samsung service centre. @NicksLocker – Its really really nice, but yes very expensive. Anything at 1920*1080 / 1920*1200 should be good for most things though. (I only got the massive display as well, It makes programming and video editing a lot easier).

    @horrorboy7 – No. In the case of my Mac Pro, all 3 screens are joined to form a massive desktop with a single mouse and a single cursor (In effect acting as 1 absolutely massive display). Its actually a huge boost to productivity, so if your considering adding a second monitor (or third or fourth), I would highly recommend it – the more screen space the better :)

    @tomrox247 Excuse me? I worked a full-time job for an entire summer before uni to afford my Mac Pro. Im not spoilt, and my family haven’t given me a single cent towards my setup. I funded it entirely out of my own pocket. My parents and wider family paid nothing towards the cost of the system, and I paid for it entirely out of my own pocket.

    @K2ACP
    1. More are on the way xD – I just have a ridiculously full schedule that makes filming and editing them difficult.
    2. My Main Monitor is a 27″ LED Apple Cinema Display at 2560*1440. Its an incredibly expensive monitor, but for productivity its unbeatable. (Going from a 19″ at 1440*900 to it was a massive improvement – lots more space for Final Cut, Logic and Xcode).

    @troy2062 – Luckilly the majority of my audio gear seems to have made the Lion switch happily. The stuff that hasn’t… well thats why I have 10.6.8 on the 2nd Drive. I haven’t had any RAM usage issues, above the fact it seems to swallow 4GB without actually loading anything, but thankfully my Mac Pro has 12GB in it currently (24 soon), so mines running well at the moment :)

    I upgraded (clean install) a 2011 iMac to Lion about a month ago and must say that I am not happy with it.

    Despite the recent 10.7.1 update, Lion is still far more RAM-consuming than Snow Leopard (not having upgraded said iMac yet, I’m usually hovering around 3.1GB of 4GB in use) and far less stable. Audio driver crashes (especially when in Logic Pro) and peculiar lockups (requiring a reboot) when the hardware is stressed have plagued me for weeks.

    I may be forced to return to Snow Leopard…

    @Macintoshblogger – That sounds about right (Typical Canon… Lovely Cameras, Crappy Software) – I have similar issues with some of my music software and drivers, but I plan to get around it by keeping 10.6 on another of my Mac Pros hard disks and just using that.
